After losing a considerable amount of weight through exercise & diet, i discovered that i was Left with a couple of problem areas that no matter what i did I could not shift. The cellulite arms, upper abdomen, & love handles were not going anywhere no matter how hard i trained. I was even told by my trainer at the gym, that these areas would not improve due to my age. Mondys Body contouring had recently opened in my area & after driving past it for about 3 months i decided to pop in & find out what it was all about. I was doubtful but i signed up for 10 sessions.
